We usually reply within 24 to 48 hours. Weekends and holidays might take a little longer — we take breaks too. But we promise to get back to you as soon as we can.
A Couple of Things to Keep in Mind
Techmaker is a completely free platform, run by a small team. We’d love to help everyone with everything, but just so you know:
- We can’t give personal construction quotes or project-specific cost advice
- Our estimates are great for budgeting and planning, but they might not match your local contractor’s prices exactly
- For urgent construction questions, you’re best off talking to a licensed contractor in your area

- What result you got
- What you think the correct number should be (and a source if you have one)
We double-check every report and update the tools regularly based on real industry data.
